Who do I contact about the status of my case?


The status of cases is tracked by the Clerk's Office and all inquiries should be directed there.




How do I find out about my court date?


You will receive court notices through US mail at your registered address. It is important to have an updated address (with the court) to recieve the court notices. If you have received the notice and are still confused, contact your attorney first, then the Circuit Clerk or the office of the Judge who is handling your case.




Where can I get information on how to represent myself in Court?

What should I wear to court?


The Presiding Circuit Judge issued an order detailing dress code on November 28, 2018. The administrative order can be found here.




Can I do driving school to instead of going to court?


If you have not had a ticket in the past 5 years you may be able to take driving school. To see if that is a possibility for you, call 334-428-2571.
